We are a locally run family business with over 30 years in the locksmith trade. We realised there was a demand for a quality, affordable auto locksmith service within Nottinghamshire and 3D Autokeys was developed.

3D Autokeys is proud of our fleet of fully equipped vehicle locksmith vans. They contain industry standard machinery which means our fully qualified auto locksmiths are fully mobile and can respond and resolve your vehicle locksmith issues anywhere within 40 miles of our head office in Nottingham.

We cover areas such as Derby, Doncaster, Lincoln, Leicester, Mansfield, Newark, Nottingham Sheffield and all areas in between.

We understand that the cost of replacing or repairing vehicle keys through dealerships is expensive. 3D Autokeys offers a low cost and convenient service that can provide the following;
Spare car keys cut and programmed.
Replacements for lost or stolen vehicle keys and remote fobs.
Program vehicle keys to communicate with the car and security systems.
Repair damaged key blades and remotes.
Replace worn out batteries in remotes.
We can gain access to your vehicle in the event of a lockout without damage.

“If not for this company, I would have been in a great deal of trouble. I stupidly locked the keys in the boot of my rental car, 150 miles away from where I needed to return it to, with time running out. The rental company were less than useless with their suggested solutions. When I mentioned to them that there were locksmiths out there who could get into the car, they tried to scare me and said that it can't be done without damaging the car, and that I'd be liable for any damage. Fortunately, I didn't listen and called 3D Autokeys. They were honest and managed my expectations on the phone that they probably couldn't get out to my location until the afternoon, meaning I'd miss my return time, and incur further rental costs. But then, out of nowhere, Lee, my knight in shining armour, rode into town in his Ford Transit steed and saved the day. I've never seen anyone pick a car lock before, so I have no context, but watching him work was like magic. He had the door open in less than a minute. You sir, and your colleagues, are angels sent to walk the Earth.”

“Contacted 3D autokeys via their website as we didn't have a spare key for our car (bought second-hand). They called back as arranged, and set up an appointment to suit us - and even reduced the time slot for me when an appointment came into my diary after the booking had been made. Arrived on time after a call to let us know they were on the way. Job sorted in 20 minutes. Very professional and friendly service at a much better price than the main dealers, and much more convenient. Great job. Thanks guys - keep up the good work!”

“Provided quote quickly and arranged to do the work. Arrived on time and date agreed. Technician found he could repair the lock so completed the work for half of the original quote. How nice to see a company who look after the customer and do not over charge when a cheaper solution is possible. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“I contacted 3D Auto Keys to request a quote for a replacement key as my original was worn. I found the whole process seamless from the initial online enquiry right through to the engineers site visit. i was contacted with a quote for the new key and also advised when the next appointment was available. From being contacted to receiving the new key took less than 24 hours. the service was fast, efficient and highly professional. The engineer called me an hour before he was going to be with me and was with me at the specified time. I will definitely recommend 3D Auto Keys to anybody looking for an auto locksmith. “absolutely brilliant service how you do it for the price you quoted is unbelievable, such great service arrived at the time quoted and everything works, brilliant thankyou so much .We were quoted £175 at a kia dealer so your price was so good come to the house sorted it out quickly then you return to your base all for £60 bargain.”

“Twenty years ago I purchased a key from this company and got great service (I lived in Nottingham ) . Two weeks ago I bought a new car with 2keys but no remote. I remembered this company and to my surprise they were still trading and yes they would come to South Derbyshire. On the day of my appointment ,I got a phone call with a time of arrival, arrived on time. The Locksmith gave brilliant service, and the new key in 15 minutes for a great price a lot cheaper than a main dealer.”

“When your Ford Transit key stops working, so you can't lock or unlock, and the not-very-local Ford commercial garage expects you to drive to them and stay half a day while their dumb bit of equipment is replaced (what a perfect little earner for them!), thank goodness for 3D Autokeys. Email enquiry, phone call back to set up an appointment, message to confirm, locksmith comes to me, arrives on time, briskly makes a genuine new key and reprograms, for less than what the Ford garage wanted. Brilliant. Thank you Ben!”
