“There was a lady on the phone who told me the call-out fee would be £49–£50. Then at the end, the same lady charged me £369. I honestly don’t understand how she could even decide that price when she wasn’t here and had no idea what work was actually done. It made the whole thing feel completely off from the start. One of the most infuriating experiences I’ve ever had with any service company. The engineer was here for about 10 minutes and basically just flicked a switch, and then suddenly I’m hit with a £369 bill. Absolutely ridiculous. I asked for a receipt or a breakdown of the charges, and I was told I’d only get it after paying. Well, I paid and I still haven’t received anything. No receipt, no breakdown, nothing. The whole situation felt extremely dodgy and totally lacking transparency. If I had known the real price beforehand, there is no chance I would have used this company. From beginning to end it felt like a complete rip-off. If you’re thinking of calling them, don’t unless you’re prepared for surprise charges and zero explanation.”

“The engineer nor the company provided me with an estimate for the job. To my shocking surprise I was charged a whopping £348 for a 45 mins work which involved putting parts for £5.00. I was unaware of their exorbitant charges for 30 mins. If i was provided an estimate I would have paid the call out only. I have a feeling this company might have ripped of others too. No complaints on the engineer's work tho! Very disappointed and feel that I am being robbed.”

“I have been booked in this company Not emergency drainage cleaning for different day ( more than 24 hours) and by email they confirmed that it's not emergency price- 289£ for less than 10 min drainage cleaning. Technician only pushed twice drainage rod, and job was done. After I wrote to their support team, not helpful at all. They only repeat about professional Tools - which cost 31£ in the shop. I found exactly that technician who done our job, and he told what he would charge for the same job 120£ . Also, this company never says how much it will cost before job, you will only find out after the end of all the work. Please avoid. They double the technician price. Please Avoid !!!”

“This is the best emergency service ever, you can not believe how fast their technician came when my hole kitchen was overflowed by water from a burst pipe and except the professional work he was polite too giving me a hand cleaning it. I highly recommend it.”
