"I received a beautiful bunch of flowers and a personalized card from my relatives in Scotland. The colours of the arrangements were stunning and it was a really good substantial bunch with just enough greenery. The flowers were well packaged so there where no broken stems of wilted flower heads."

"A good family friend recently lost her beloved pet dog. I wanted to send her a beautiful bunch of flowers to offer my condolences and to let her know I was thinking of her. Google brought me to 123 Flowers. I was instantly impressed with the variety of styles and price-points available, they didn\u2019t look at all cheap. I opted for the Peruvian Lily & Rose bouquet. It was soft, classic and ideally suited to a feminine lady in her 80\u2019s. The option for add-on purchases is great if you\u2019d like to send additional gifts, such as chocolates, wine, spirits, vases, tea boxes or cuddly toys. The option to send a card or recorded video message was also a nice touch. Great service from\r\nstart-to-finish. I\u2019d highly recommend. "

"They sent me the wrong flowers and claimed they have the right to substitute for different ones.\r\nThe substitute however are a different colour and there are less flowers than shown. \r\nIf you want to order flowers avoid at all costs as you will not receive what you ordered and then the customer service will claim they look so different."

“Very Impressed with the communication and quality and packing of the flowers. My MIL commented how well they were packed compared to others that she received from a very well known supplier. So many tulips in the large bouquet that they had to be split into 2 vases! Definitely recommend”

“Ordered the rainbow bouquet for Mother’s Day, I got them delivered today (Saturday) so I know mum had them early and wow! I had text and email from Royal Mail day before to confirm order for today, also got another message today to say they were delivered successfully! Got the picture below of the delivery my mum received (dog not included!!) how absolutely beautiful are the rainbow bunch of flowers?? The chocolates were bigger box than I anticipated and the beautiful teddy bear too, cannot tell you enough how impressed I am and my mum is! Second time I have used 123 flowers and certainly won?t be the last!!! Will NEVER EVER use anyone else now and would highly recommend. Definitely worth more than 5”
