“Online booking is not aesthetically pleasing; could be better. Would be nice if price configurator functionality was possible like skymoonlabs free CleanTo. Being able to add two cleaners to the free version is nice, but not being able to assign more than one cleaner to jobs without paying for a premium package is extremely frustrating. Like buying a car and only being able to drive in 1st gear. Lastly, the ability to mass change recurring appointments would be nice also. Now have to modify them all individually to avoid incurring more count against the limited bookings. Outside of that, 10to8 is a decent solution that offers a lot of functionality to free users. Would consider Zenmaid one of the biggest competitive threats as it relates to cleaning providers (like ours)”

“I have found that the platform is easy for both me and my clients to use. I had a problem with clients not being able to cancel and rebook, but the Help Desk was quick to respond and the IT guys sorted it out. I would have chosen 5 stars if there had been a quick email to let me know when it had been done.”

“The support I’ve had to set up 10to8 has been absolutely brilliant. I’d love for the Welsh translations to be more correct e.g ‘book’ (to book a session) should be translated to ‘archebu’.The translation you have means ‘llyfr’ wich means a book that you read.”

“I found it was easy to make bookings and good to have all the information on the diary, also good to have it synced. It is cumbersome to use in some respects - booking TOIL and leave. View options on screen not always brilliant.”
