muy buena aplicación y muy completa, precio accesible, solo le falta ser un poco mas intuitiva, ya que no es tan sensillo programarla, igual creo que falta un poco de personalización y agregar estilos css y html a los correos de confirmación y seguimiento.

I was having difficulty managing my books in a different timezone. Also I want to book people for my online service however there are no times available when I press online. Why is that?

The help from the online support has been very good. The system itself I have found difficult to set up even using the help instructions. Although I am getting better at it now. My only real issue with it is i signed up for tje free ftial on the Small Business free package but was given a different system so spent time setting up features that I won't have once the trial is up. My

The text is very small, I can barely read it. I wish it was mandatory that they left a phone number when booking an apt online so I can contact them easily if needed.

10 to 8 is a good option for booking software, although I think if you could pre select deposit for some clients/treatments into a nominated bank account, this would be much more efficient for a majority of business that are of a personal services category.

I only had one virtual appointment via 10to8, but so far it's pretty easy to navigate.

Great program for class management, the interface is a little bulky and not user friendly at times. The prices limit should be set per currency and not set at 100 units, since that is a vastly different value depending on what currency you are working with. Also, a more in-depth customer service review system would be nice.

There have been a lot of glitches and issues, but they are slowly being resolved. The customer service is great, and the appointment website looks great! Overall it's still a pretty good service, that's fairly user friendly.

I like it but it's hard for people to navigate to the booking page and fear of "cart abandonment" in the process. Also I cannot figure out how to have different links for different calendar availabilities. Thanks and regards Francois

UI needs improvement. Too many appointments don’t get confirmed because the permission to use info isn’t checked. People miss it all the time.
