“The help from the online support has been very good. The system itself I have found difficult to set up even using the help instructions. Although I am getting better at it now. My only real issue with it is i signed up for tje free ftial on the Small Business free package but was given a different system so spent time setting up features that I won't have once the trial is up. My”

“This online appointment scheduling is great. I appreciate that it links with my Google calendar. I had a few questions when I was first starting to use it, and 10 to 8 got back to me quickly with help. Very easy to use with my two websites.”

“I had originally went from square to 10to8, as I needed something free in the moment, solely for organizational purposes. 10to8 exceeds my expectations and when im able to, will pay for the texting part. “Online booking is not aesthetically pleasing; could be better. Would be nice if price configurator functionality was possible like skymoonlabs free CleanTo. Being able to add two cleaners to the free version is nice, but not being able to assign more than one cleaner to jobs without paying for a premium package is extremely frustrating. Like buying a car and only being able to drive in 1st gear. Lastly, the ability to mass change recurring appointments would be nice also. Now have to modify them all individually to avoid incurring more count against the limited bookings. Outside of that, 10to8 is a decent solution that offers a lot of functionality to free users. Would consider Zenmaid one of the biggest competitive threats as it relates to cleaning providers (like ours)”

“I have found that the platform is easy for both me and my clients to use. I had a problem with clients not being able to cancel and rebook, but the Help Desk was quick to respond and the IT guys sorted it out. I would have chosen 5 stars if there had been a quick email to let me know when it had been done.”
