“Applied weeks ago after being pestered by them after applying they instantly went quiet, emailed numerous times, but they did not reply to any emails i then requested to withdraw my claim and still get ignored, I then get an email 2/3 months later saying it has been submitted and can take 12 weeks to hear back absolutely shocking do not use them”
