We did troubleshooting nit the machine had to be returned for repair and cleaning. They sent me a shipper label and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I feel good about my purchase and the company’s commitment to superior service.”
“My Magia coffee maker quite working after less than a year. I had to purchase the return fee to ship it back to get it replaced. It was delivered to the warehouse in Florida, but the package is now missing. So my coffee maker, which was not cheep, I have new without now because of issues and it being lost for almost a month and Zulays response it they will file a claim with UPS. At this point you should be shipping me a replacement!!”
