“Just couple of months after purchasing my Magia Coffee machine stopped working and needed repairs which required for me to send the coffee maker back to Zulay. The process of back and forth with Zulay was lengthy with little follow up from them. I felt like I had to constantly inquire on the status of my repair. I wish they were more proactive on providing the status.”
“I only had the Magia coffee maker a few months and it malfunctioned in multiple ways even though all directions were followed exactly. I paid $45 and spent my time to clean up, pack up, and send the unit back for repair or replacement. It arrived today labelled, "repaired." Loaded it up with coffee and water. Only water came out. So it came back to me worse than when I sent it back. This coffee maker cost many hundreds of dollars and still does not work. It is a piece of trash.”
