I love my Zulay grater. Makes food prep so much easier than pulling out the food processor. Easy to assemble, use, and clean. Customer service is top notch also. When one of the attachments broke I requested replacement of the broken piece. They sent a complete new grater instead!

Lifetime warranty on parts was honored without any issues even tho I purchased the juicer over 3 years ago. Highly recommend this company!

When the strainer part of my Zulay juicer went missing I searched all over the Internet for where I could buy a replacement and couldn’t find a thing. I really didn’t want to just buy a new juicer and have to throw my old one away when I was just missing a small part, it seemed like such a waste. I reached out to Zulay customer service and got a very quick response that they don’t sell the part but that they are happy to send me one if I just pay for the shipping. They were very communicative and warm throughout the entire transaction. Totally impressed!

They sent it late and to the wrong place. I had to call to check on the part after the 7 days they said it would take and they were like "oops we forgot to send it. ". What? ‍♀️

I am very pleased with the quality of my grater. It has made shredding veggies and cheese more satisfying. Broke one blade and received replacement quickly.
