“When the strainer part of my Zulay juicer went missing I searched all over the Internet for where I could buy a replacement and couldn’t find a thing. I really didn’t want to just buy a new juicer and have to throw my old one away when I was just missing a small part, it seemed like such a waste. I reached out to Zulay customer service and got a very quick response that they don’t sell the part but that they are happy to send me one if I just pay for the shipping.
