“My frother broke and I went thru the process of requesting a new one due to the warranty. After requesting I was responded too very quickly and felt like a valued customer. We discussed, they were going to send me a new one if I paid for shipping and handling. I paid for it, almost 2 weeks ago, sent confirmation number to them via email a week after I submitted request, and still havent heard anything from them. No shipping notice, no confirmation they received my email, no item (but I did receive this survey request) so here I am.”
