“This is my second venture with the Zulay Milk, frother. My original unit lasted quite some time before the motor started to eventually seize up and then no longer work at all. I contacted Zula, and after multiple attempts to get a hold of them, he did respond quite courteously and offered me a replacement model free of charge… The only catch was I had to pay shipping For the new unit. Which I volunteered to do, however the shipping just about arrival to cost of a new unit minus a few cents but I figured what the heck. Zulay was courteous enough to include as a bonus, a second mini frother Unit with the order which was great customer service I thought. Unfortunately the second unit after using it several days has started to exhibit intermittent performance i.e. sometimes I press the button and I get about half the RPMs if I wiggle the battery case cover a bit or wiggle the button a little bit it jumps up to the normal speed and then sometimes I push the button and it doesn’t work at all. So I got a mixed review on the product when it works. It works fantastically well when it doesn’t well it doesn’t.”
