“If anything, this is better than 7 Wonders. Drilling down and through the faff of 7 Wonders, it's a frantic and fiendish fight for victory! A comfortable go-to game for a two-player session or in a mix, it's light enough to be quick and accessible and deep enough to keep you satisfied and coming back.”

“Brilliant engine building 2 player game - quick to set up, easy to play but with of variety and should suit a good range of skill levels. We haven’t tried any of the expansions but knowing the game has room to grow secures a definite 5star rating”

“Ok I seriously love this game. It’s such a fun but hyper competitive experience. I love my wife very much but despite my best efforts to crush her fledgling empire… she always wins. But you know what, I really don’t mind because the game is just a great time regardless of your final outcome. Highly recommended!”

“This is the perfect two player battle, you have so many ways to win, so many things you could do with your strategy but ultimately the decision on your turn is which card to take. Take one and either keep it, discard for cash or build a wonder with it. This simplicity makes it sing for me”
