Great game, easy to understand to play. I played it with adults as well as children (5). I like the twist of being able to create your own mosaic, increase a bit the brain usage. It might miss a second fabric bag to avoid to tilt the box and spread the tiles while trying to put them bag in the bag. Box well organised, easy to tidy yp.

As a childless couple, we find it hard to find 2-player board games that don't feel like it's a mediocre adaptation of the "real" way that they should be played (i.e.: with more players). Azul is one of those rare examples, and we have played it consistently. The rules are straightforward, and it's refreshing to play a game that is so visual (and looks great!), without having to read stats, points worth etc before making decisions. We already have plans of buying the extensions. The only criticism of this game is that it can be quite short (there's no rule against finishing the game with very few points): we sometimes postpone finishing the game just to see the nice patterns that we create.

Quick to learn, but slower to master. Enjoyed by both keen and reluctant games players. Just one problem: as a family we managed to gift two copies of the game for Christmas!

A great game. Each game doesn't last too long. Nice to find a game two people can play.

A fun game to play. Well-designed pieces. Easy to pick up, moves quickly. Tactics develop with each play. Look forward to having more sessions with the family as we all get more competitive with scoring!
