“Excellent and really accessible game. Love Days of Wonder games and this has the same superb production and components. Love the range of different scenarios and the fact that experienced gamers can play with non gamers. Who doesn't love moving toy soldiers around a board... brought back childhood memories! I couldn't recommend this game more as it is superb and cant wait to buy some of the expansions.”

“Memoir 44 is a war game based on the command and colours system. Each battlefield is divided into two flanks and a central lane. You command your troops through cards which allow you to move troops in one or more of these areas. Set in WW2 the game recreates battles from history over a campaign like structure. There is a little bit of luck due to the dice but nothing game breaking.”
