“Great game for date night, thoroughly enjoyed”

“I'd played Codenames before, and really enjoyed it, and felt the need to add this version to my own collection. Word games have always been my favourite, and this being a game aimed at just two players definitely hit the spot. The instructions are a touch more complex than for the original Codenames, but still easy enough to understand. Great selection of words, good quality cards and designs, and while the current Wordle craze is sweeping the world, this is a close second.”

“Good fun but the competitiv version seems more exciting to play. Wife find boring though.”

“Great game - but hard! Not for kids unless they have an amazing vocabulary”

“This is a great two-player co-op game. Challenging and fun and with a lot of replay value.”

“Codenames duet is a good game for two playes. It only takes around half an hour to play and can be good fun trying to decypher the clues. Having not played any of the codenames series previoulsy, it did take us a few goes to get used to selecting suitable code words. I would have liked inserts in the box, rather than using zip bags to hold the cards, but this is a minor issue.”

“Great game to play with a partner or that awkward number of 3 people. It’s also a cooperative game so it’s great for those taming really competitive friends/partners.”
