“The UFO swing is a unique product and is absolutely loved by my autistic son, he has used it every day since we got it. Delivery in two working days, nothing missing but worth noting the actual length measurements are at least 15cm bigger than the website stated. Would recommend this product”

“My kids absolutely love it, we are a asd family (autistic) and my daughter loves to swing, and ours has had so much use everyday since we built it. Love it, it's a bit loud, but that's expected. I've been recommending to friends. We had an issue with the ropes fraying, but jumpking has been super fast to fix the problem and send out replacements.”

“I’ve given 4 stars as my daughter is really pleased with her swing, I like that it didn’t have to be cemented into the ground & can be re positioned if necessary. The assembling was not 4 stars though, the holes in the poles for screws didn’t match up, I had to bang onto concrete with force to push them all the way in, meaning they will never come apart again. We have a bolt that has still not gone all the way through & you can’t tightened them fully with just an Allen key. The rope slips down so before use she has to re-adjust height every time and the anchors really don’t do anything so I’ve bought some large tent pegs Also we had a bag of bolts and some yellow covers left over?? Can not see anywhere in manual where to use them. But she uses it and likes it & it hasn’t fallen apart….yet”

“4 year old loves it. Upgrade from a nest swing on a single swing frame. The only issue is not getting the seat to sit level ever. I'm constantly adjusting it so it's level and she sits on it and it's off again. The ropes also tangle as she spins as the big metal bit in the centre doesn't move that great with the ropes. Definitely pleased we purchased though as she has plenty of space to move around in all directions.”
