“Unboxing the swing wasn’t a pleasant experience as the paint had been scuffed off in many places as though it had been thrown around a warehouse before it was sent to me. After roughly 4 weeks of use by our two little girls the bearing broke in the top mount meaning now the swing doesn’t spin. The ropes don’t stay in place either so the basket is constantly at an angle even after setting the ropes accordingly. The product is a £180 danger trap for my daughters, hence they can no longer use it.”

“My daughter loves her new swing. She’s had so much fun being pushed on it. I do think you should update your instructions for putting the swing together. They were not very clear in some of the steps. It doesn’t state clearly which way the top curve pole should be put in place ie. with the circle or oval hole attaching to the bottom curve pole? I wasted a lot of time putting together and taking pieces apart to find the correct way. Would definitely be easier to state this in instructions. Overall a great swing.”

“The quality of the swing was quite good. I had some issues with the alignment that of the holes for the bolts. One of the holes was out by an inch. I had to drill new holes. Got the whole assembly together and it looks great. Kids were on it straight away and enjoyed it.”

“The instructions were terrible. The holes did not line up on some of the poles. Not sure how much I trust the swing as the top piece (washer) clicks when the swing is being used. I expected better quality and better instructions given the price.”

“I recently bought a UFO Swing and am very impressed how well it is made. A minor issue with some of the holes not quite lining up so we had to use a drill to align them. All in all a very good swing”
