“Positive: Great trampoline which the children are really pleased with - we were looking for a larger, rectangular, trampoline to both replace an old, falling apart, 10foot, round one AND satisfy our gymnastics mad daughter and her younger and older brothers who just want to play. Everyone's needs have been met and I'm happy with the design, quality, safety and despatch time as well as the swift response to a complaint about the included ladder, the fixings of which did not fix... Negative: although we got there in the end, the trampoline assembly instructions were not very clear or easy to follow. The quality of the ladder included with the trampoline does not match that of the trampoline itself. The fixings for the first would not fasten - the bolts appeared to be too short. Although a replacement ladder was quickly despatched and the fixings for that one did work, after it was assembled it became apparent that one side of the ladder was skewed so it did not safely hook over the trampoline. Fortunately we kept the ladder from our old trampoline and we have decided to just reuse that.”

“Great trampoline ( now that it is finally up. Do not attempt to construct when tired, or pressed for time!) Our boys love it. We were a bit bamboozled by the instructions, mainly because we did not realise from the pictures that the top tubes slot inside each other to hold the frame securely. Once customer services had set us right, the build was more straightforward, although time consuming.”
