“Only had the the connection and use of this unit for a week but appears to be head and shoulders above the quality of my previous unit which was not that stable. The handsets are excellent quality and the sound is also excellent. The base unit appears far more robust and substantial than my previous unit (which only lasted for three months). I have one critism regarding the base and one critism regarding VOiP for home use in general and that is that you have to put phone book entries in each handset when not in printed form and certainly single entries. Normal home DECT phones have the facility for a single number to be distributed onve multiple handsets but maybe that is just me being used to a standard home phone system. But excellent units. The critism I have with the base unit is that there is no facility for dimming the LED units at the top of the base.”
