“The phones are well made and robust. After a shaky start regarding set up Uzair finally sorted the problems out - it is always best to let the support team set up these units, do not try it yourself. Moving forward the phones are very clear in terms of sound quality and are streets ahead of most of the competition. The problem with, what I can see, is all VoIP phones is that all directory entries have to be installed on each handset. The old copper wire DECT phones would talk to each other which was very convenient. I suppose this is the price you pay for "progress". The phones, in use, however are excellent”
