What did I get back? Only $165, with $20 unfairly withheld for shipping, even though the return was delayed on THEIR side.
This is not just bad service — it’s a violation of U.S. consumer protection laws. You can’t charge hidden fees or penalize customers for your own delays. It’s unethical and unlawful.
