“Great looking shoes disgraceful service. Initially I wanted these for a race but they took over a month to arrive despite it saying 14 days. I was not allowed to cancel the order and had to wait for them to arrive to then send them back. That’s now been another 5 weeks and still no refund despite numerous emails. £295 you expect better. This is now almost 3 months since I placed the order. Seriously how hard is it. Give me my money back!”
