“The buckle is substantial, but the system is great. I really like it better than nato straps, as it adds far less bulkiness strapwise. The buckle is balanced by the watch head, so this is not a problem. But having only 1 layer beneath the watch head and no bulge on the side like with a nato makes it far more harmonious on the arm. Just swapping bands is not as quick as a nato. My secret tip by the way to achieve this differently is the zuludiver seasalter. But there are less Design options strapwise.... and using the octopod clasp is fun and feels premium.”
