“The buckle came very good packed and sealed with transparent tape. With a new strap I can avoid to buy a new watch for some time becaue it renews my watch to some other type. So I decided to pimp up my NOMOS Tangente Sport with the strap in the „GULF“ design, that fits perfect to the colors of the hands an figures oft he watch. The mounting was not complicated, because I watched the youtube video before. But I would also not change the strap every day. Maybe the ends of the strap would lose the sewing(?). The buckle itself is very well manufactured, the edges not sharp anymore and on my wrist from the back it looks much more smaller than it is at all. Only the first days I had some allergic reactions. I washed the straps, but it was still to feel. Maybe it came from the glue oft he tape witch covered the buckle. Now, after some weeks, I feel mostly comfortable with my skin and I love the lookk of the nato strap with the exclusive folding clasp. That is so unique for me. Because I always hated the long ends of nato straps and the loop to hide somewhere. All in all I was so satisfied, that I ordered the buckle also in black for some other of my watches. But will be the next story.”

“I'm very happy with my OctoPod buckle. It is my second one. I like NATO straps, but I don't like putting them on and off and this is where the OctoPod buckle shines. Opening and closing the strap is absolutely effortless. I would also say that the buckle nicely complements the overall design of a watch on the strap. The buckle itself is well made and feels robust, i.e., nothing is loose or visibly weak. The finishing is also very nice and suits higher-end watches. The buckle also holds the strap well without allowing it to become loose and the opening and closing mechanism feels secure and is easy to use. My only small and quite personal complaint is that the overall lenght of the buckle is on the limit of what I can wear with my small 16 cm (~6.3") wrists in cold weather (as can be seen on photos). But it's still ok and the functionality and looks outweight this downside.”

“Very nice buckle! Solid construction and machining. Very secure as well. I went with the Icarus Hydrarib strap to match the yellow GMT hand and text of my Black Bay Pro. Looks amazing!”

“I recently bought an Octopod MK 3 buckle for my Omega Railmaster. After using it for several weeks I am confident saying that the quality and craftsmanship of the buckle are appropriate to be paired with a timepiece such as this. Initially I was concerned that it would seem cheap and out of place with a high end watch, especially since I could only see it on the website. However, I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised.”
