“The canvases seem marked on the edges. The ones I’ve opened there are marks like pink ink. Such a shame as the feedback was good”

Dear Mandy, I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your Zieler canvas purchase. Please note we do mention on our web site listing that on occasions there may be small light marks which appear after the primer has dried. All our canvases are hand made and once you apply any acrylic or oil paint to the canvas these mark will not show. Zieler is a family business and customers happiness is the most important factor of our business. We are happy to send you a replacement canvas on an over night delivery.
