“I want to be positive about these wraps because they are almost there...I bought them because I wanted to get away from plastic wrap/bags for sandwiches for my (grown -up ) son to take to work so obviously the lovely cute patterns are a matter of taste and here I think a slightly plainer design might suit. The largest one of these wraps was the perfect size for a good manly sandwich. I don't know if it was just this size/batch but there seemed to be too much beeswax which made the wrap particularly sticky and ended up picking up all manner of fluff and stuff from his bag. I also felt that I needed to use greaseproof paper around the sandwich first because of the excess beeswax. It did however keep the sandwich lovely and fresh and the wrap stayed put. I have used the smaller ones to cover bowls and wrap food for the fridge and I have found no issue with them whatsoever. So, all in all , 8 maybe 9 out of 10...you're almost there!”

Thank so much for your super detailed review, we do agree, this particular batch was a little bit too sticky and so we have rectified this - look out for our new pack sizes and cool polka dots (perfect for your grown-up son!) We're also bringing out a bread wrap, perfect to keep your loaves fresh straight from the bakery!

“Fantastic buy! They are durable and work fantastically. We have had ours for a few months now and wouldnt look back. They are a bit tricky to clean as you dont want to ruin the stick however I think that's just beeswax covers in general. Love the pattern, love the sizes, love the fact we we are helping the environment!”
