I was planning on buying some plastic free toothbrushes for my 1.5 year old daughter but could not see any advice as to the material used for their toothbrush bristles, so I contacted their customer service team who advises that the bristles are NYLON plastic. This company is selling a product that would create microplastic pollution in the mouth of a child. Absolutely disgraceful given their marketing.”
“I complained about my dish cloths go into holes. Low and behold someone rang me from
W & S and actually apologised and sent me replacements straight away ! Shortly afterwards the replacements arrived. Apparently some of the cloths miss a stitch when are woven and this only becomes visible after washing . Well done W & S!”
