“I am delighted to find the bamboo clothes pegs from Wild and Store. They secure the washing well and are very attractive. Bring biodegradable is a major plus!!”
Hi Gail,Thank for the review, our pegs may be small but they are definitely mighty! We will be making a jumbo set of these for heavy duty items, watch this space! The Wild and Stone Team
“These bamboo pegs do the job perfectly- no more plastic pegs that last a few months at most. Thoroughly recommend them! Looking forward to seeing bigger sizes in the future :)”
Hi Karen,
Yes, our pegs might be small but they are certainly tough and will definitely outlast plastic ones! Remember to store then somewhere dry and we are definitely going to make a jumbo pack for heavier items such as towels and jeans!

Hi,We're delighted you love our packaging but don't be disappointed we manufacture these in China - we do this as environmentally wise, it is better to manufacture at the source of the raw material than to ship raw bamboo over to the UK! We work very closely with all of our suppliers and partners to ensure we are all working in a sustainable and ethical manner. “This bamboo pegs are a really sturdy piece of Laundry kit. They are compact and strong and a good fit for purpose. The company has excellent customer service, not something to take for granted these days. I'm very happy with my pegs!”
Hi Rosalie,We're delighted you love our little pegs, they're super handy for hanging out all those fiddly bits of laundry as well as being strong enough for t-shirts and trousers. We are super proud of our customer service department too, you'll always get a genuine response from an actual member of our team each time. Welcome to the Wild & Stone family! The Wild & Stone Team
“The idea is great for these sustainably made pegs, but found them a little small for hanging heavy duty work clothes on the line. And after a short while the pegs developed mould spots on them, which marks light clothing. It's a shame, great idea, but won't be buying more for those reasons.”
Hi Beverley,
Many thanks for your review, I am sorry that the pegs have developed mould, as they are a natural product, they need storing a little differently from plastic ones. We recommend a ventilated storage basket or cloth bag and keep them inside where it's warm and dry! That should stop the mould issue. We are also looking at creating larger ones for heavy items so watch this space!
