“I have been so impressed with this company. I had ordered some silicone straws for my husband’s drinking cup. Very sadly when they arrived he had passed away so I had no further need for them. After a few days I decided to return them for a refund which was dealt with very promptly. Then to my surprise I had notification of a parcel arriving from them.
