Hi Rainer, We are so sorry you are not happy with the material of your hand towels. They're made of organic cotton and are super absorbent. Should you want them a little bit softer, we recommend the following - 6 cups vinegar · 1 cup baking soda · 15 drops essential oil made up to make fabric softener - this will help if you are in a hard water area and the hand towels are coming out a little hard.
