“I have used similar cloths for years and wouldn't go back to supermarket ones. However, these are smaller than normal and the diagonal label is too small/ sewn on too tightly so that the cloth is distorted and does not lie flat.
This would not normally have been enough for me to write a poor review, however, I have been bombarded with emails which I find to be very unacceptable. It is a mistake to believe that this would encourage me to buy more products from you. It will actually ensure that I will in fact not be buying from you again. I will only be purchasing quality products of my choosing at a time of my choosing. I am not a marketing opportunity.”

In regards to the dish cloth, We will refer this over to product development team - it does sound as if you have a faulty dish cloth if it won't sit flat. We will contact you directly to arrange a replacement.
