“Still cycling through a few corn starch brands - others have frayed and bunched up, meaning they get stuck in my teeth as I floss!
This doesn't occur with this brand, but sometimes it does fray and then snap.”
“The floss does break more easily than regular floss, especially when pushing between tightly packed teeth, but I followed the advice on the feedback, and by pulling it out gently through the gap rather than wrenching it back up through the pinch point, and moving along the floss a bit to spread the stress, I can make a normal length last for all my teeth. Just takes more time that's all. Works well with the glass dispenser.”
Hi Sylvia,
Yes, it sounds like you've conquered the technique perfectly to stop the floss snapping! Thanks for such a positive review, your comments will certainly be helpful to other customers.

“This floss has a lovely minty taste. It unrolls well right to the end and the packaging was suitably minimal. Unfortunately for me it's just not stong enough - I have two gaps which fragment most floss including this one. This happens almost every time I use it and sometimes this results in bits being left between my teeth. I don't think most people have this problem so I would still recommend giving it a go.”
Hi Natalie,Thanks for such an honest review - all corn starch dental floss will not be quite as robust as plastic but if you are experiencing the floss snapping or fragmenting then we can help with this! Try wiggling the floss side to side as you remove it rather than try to pull it straight out, that way it will glide out a bit easier instead of snapping! I hope this tip helps and please do persevere, it's simply so much better than all that plastic from standard floss! The Wild and Stone Team
