“The process of ordering was impressively straightforward and prompt. Thank you. Trustworthy. There was a bit of a worry as the box had been squashed badly on one side so I had to open it. There was no damage thankfully but this is the responsibility of the delivery process. I have had to reseal it to look as though it had not been opened as it is a Christmas present for a 10 year old.”
