“They take a while to cook, but they do make a delicious earthy porridge bowl in the morning. My only gripe is that there is not much in the bag for the price so work out pretty expensive :(”

“I liked that these were sprouted but they took quite a lot of cooking. Maybe next time I’ll grind them before using. The bag is quite small.”
