“Appalling customer service. My bread went mouldy, I took pictures, sent them in and was told I’d get a refund. Well over a month later, they then wrote to me in a very condescending manner, asking why I requested a refund for two packs of bread when I sent in pictures of one; I responded and reminded them that I placed a very big order and there were two packs of the same bread that went mouldy.
They then agreed to refund two of them.
Over 2 months later, I still haven’t received the refund.
They’re taking a very long time to respond to my emails and I have to keep chasing them for any kind of response.
The refund still hasn’t been issued and I’m still having to chase them.
I will no longer be purchasing their products because they are not trustworthy.”
