“I like plenish milks because they're the only plant-based milks I've found so far that don't have any extra nasties in like stabilisers or rapeseed oil. I go for the soya because it's slightly higher in protein and a bit cheaper than the almond milk.”
“This is the best Soya milk I have tried. Always shake the carton before use and when it's empty cut open the bottom and you will see lovely clumps of soya at the bottom to scrape out and enjoy even more.”
“I have Plenish organic soya milk. The oat, coconut and rice all spike insulin and the nut milks aren’t nice. I don’t like any soya milk but the Plenish organic one. It’s clean. I’ve read a lot of researches on soya and for me personally the proof is in the pudding that both Japan and China have historically been associated with certain health benefits and longer life expectancies. Factors contributing to these include traditional dietary patterns rich in vegetables, fish, and other healthy foods, as well as active lifestyles and cultural practices that promote overall well-being.
These countries have unique dietary habits that often incorporate soy-based products and other healthful foods and they suffer less menopausal symptom so on balance I am happy to consume soya milk. This is really neutral in taste and doesn’t spoilt my drinks.”
