“I was apprehensive about choosing cacao powder as they are usually all so bitter and as I’m fasting and trying to go low carbs I didn’t want to use anything to sweeten it. I have a spoon of this with hot water and sometimes Plenish soya milk, it keeps it low carbs and I’m able to drink it without using anything to make it sweeter. I love my ritual of having cacao before bed now knowing I’m getting collagen as well.”
