I love to add these to my porridge and smoothies. It thickens is up while adding some beneficial fats, fibre and protein.

An excellent source of fibre. Add to smoothies, Shakespeare, breakfast, baking. Sprinkle on soup, vegetables. Very versatile.

I add the sprouted milled flaxseeds to my smoothies and omelettes for additional fibre without any taste. I have noticed an improvement in my peri menopausal symptoms since adding reguarly.

The aroma takes a little getting used to, as it's sprouted but it makes a nutritious extra to sprinkle on coconut yogurt, healthy pancakes or porridge, and is excellent to bake with too.
