“We love these noodles! Like all buckwheat prodicts, you have to take care cooking them or it ends up a sticky clump! Put them into properly boiling water, the strands seperated, keep them moving with a fork and serve them straight away. If they sit on the side and set stuck together, just rinse them in cold water and they magically unstick! Perfect for a stir fry if you whack them in right at the end!”
