“I have purchased this before and been delighted with the product. However this time it appears not have been stored according the manufacturers instructions and arrived with both jars in an inedible condition. H&G told me that storing unopened jars in the fridge or cold conditions can cause this to happen. Customer support have been silent about this issue. H&G sent me replacement jars just because they appreciate a customer getting in touch. Not got any faith in Wellbeing customer support.”
“Love this mayo usually but it arrived split. WellEasy did arrange for a collection and a refund never arranged to send a replacement. I do orders in big batches to save on delivery, it would’ve been less of a hassle for them to send out two replacements.”
