“I buy this brand of organic grass fed ghee because they specifically say on their website that it is casein and lactose free. I'm not so sure that other brands can make that claim although ghee is supposed to be lactose free.”
“I like this ghee which I find particularly flavoursome. It offers a nice butter flavour without the worries of caseine and lactose. Like butter it is versatile to use in dishes.”
