“This is my favourite gluten free pasta. It's not grainy like other GF pastas can be, and has a good texture and 'chewieness' like wheat pasta. The same brand spaghetti and penne are also good, but the fusili goes down best in my family. One of my kids is very fussy and 'hates GF food' but he doesn't notice if I cook this for everyone! I also like the fact that it's brown rice so higher in fibre than most other GF pasta.”
