“This jar was open and i disposed of it, BUT i have had it before and it is a lovely floral, light flavour with the added juniper fruits infusing it. i would recommend it for anyone introducing fermented foods in to their diet and to have it little and often.
The jar is surprisingly large as the cabbage is chopped quite small and it is packed in to the jar tightly, so you do get your moneys worth! organic too!”
