“Ordered a waxed cap and coat based on the size guide, paid express 48 hr service. They both arrived. Cap was great but the coat was miles too big so printed a return label and sent it back.
Was unable to actually speak to anyone to simple exchange the coat. Now the cap cost 14 pound. , the express service another 15 so ended up paying 30 quid for. Simple waxed baseball cap! Still not heard from anyone - would advise too look elsewhere for better service”
“Quality of everything is amazing far better than any other hat with one thing that majorly detracts from hat which is the rivet that holds on the sizing buckle it is very uncomfortable even with the hat fairly loose. Id rather pay to have the hat fitted as otherwise the quality is amazing.”
