“I have no idea how it rates as I have not received it. Shipping by Fedex international to a Postal box in the states highlights Fedex's incompetence. The package is sitting at a distribution center 25 miles from my house because the complicated task of handing the package from one company (Fedex) to the US Postal service for final delivery is beyond their capability. For your future reference, if a PO Box is the final delivery address in the US place delivery from your store in the Royal post so the recipient will get the package. The other clothing I have purchased from your fine store is outstanding so I expect this will be as well when I finally receive it.”
