The Cupra Wax Pocket arrived with a stitching defect on the wrist, and a snap on the pocket immediately broke. Furthermore, it is impossible to return it as no delivery person comes to collect it, despite the procedure indicated in the instructions. A truly bad experience; I was hoping to have found a valid alternative to Barbour, but that's not the case.”
