“Love that I can order and return for no extra cost, although refunds take a long time. However don't really love my jacket. It's warm, comfortable and looks good. Unfortunately, the zip is poor quality and not easy to use - I have discovered a new technique (!) and so far so good, but I don't really trust it. Also, in drizzly rain (not even heavy) rain gets in along the seam where the collar joins the shoulders - probably because I have the collar turned up. Still, the jacket was not expensive, so I suppose you get what you pay for. Haven't returned it because it takes so long for a refund to be actioned.”
