“I absolutely love this hat. It has a gorgeous shape and looks very elegant. This is the only place I have been able to find one this shape. I am in the US and was happy to find it and have it shipped from England. I like it so much I just ordered another one in brown. Note the first one I ordered is labeled as navy blue, but it is a very dark navy, so dark it looks black. Which is fine because black is the color I wanted anyway.
My only complaint is that the material on the crown is wrinkled. Since it has a wax coating to ward off rain I know it cannot be ironed. I wrote to the company to ask the best way to remove the wrinkles and received a prompt reply saying waxed material naturally wrinkles. So I now understand this is just a feature of the hat. I don't like the wrinkles, though, so I am still trying to figure out how to remove them without damaging the hat. Even if I am not able to remove them, I still love the hat so much I ordered the second one as I mentioned. Can't wait to wear them this fall.”
“Ordered xxs after measuring but too small so got xs and returned the other, xs fitted but elastic on inside loose so had to put a couple of tucks in it I would loose it if windy. Prompt refund on the one returned. Nice hat.”
