I bought one but after many attempts I could not get it to join my Fibaro HC2 or HCL controllers After help from Vesternet, we decided it was faulty, so I bought a second one, with the intention of returning the first one. When the new one arrived I could not get it to join the controllers. After who knows how many attempts, it suddenly joined my HCL. The issue is that it is CRITICAL the speed at which you do the three clicks needed to activate the join. You have to hit on the exact speed. I have subsequently managed to get the first switch to join my HC2, again after many new attempts. I have 15 other Z-wave devices from various manufactures and have never had a problem including any of them at the first attempt. Fibaro needs to seriously find a better way of managing the inclusion process. Once installed, the device works very well.

Products work perfect with SmartThings and Echo. So I can now say "Alexa turn hallway lights off", this is fantastic. It also works well with the Samsung Motion sensor. Advice: Ensure you have the correct sized lighting box for the device to fit inside. Also when wiring this up I only connected live and neutral, then tested with power to see if the light came on. Then I powered down and re-attached the rest of the wires to the single switch. Also keep the Fibaro>Light switch wires long. Bad: Extremely fiddly to install and instructions require some interruption. Was unsuccessful installing this into a 2-way switch so far, but will try again soon.

Works perfectly with smart things once the device handler has been added.

When used for a simple switch it wires in easily and works first time. In 2 way switching it is more complex and needs mods to the device handler to work with SmartThings

I have used a number of these devices to control garden lights, electric radiators and LED strips. They are easy to fit (not least because they are very small and therefore easy to hide away) they integrate well with my Vera Edge controller and they also work well with ordinary light switches so are seamless in use. Highly recommended.

With Indigo 6.4.1 the only option is to use an on/off switch for manual override, whereas the 2 X 1.5kW version can be used with either an on/off switch or momentary action switch
